HealthService is a service- and maintenance concept covering all components and services offered by the productfamily Hospitality.
This means that an organization is standing by to take responsibility for the services and products 24/7. The service is optional and can be arranged to suit customer demands. A SLA (Service Level Agreement) defines the service level required by the customer.
Management and production of the system is operated from one central base and services are supplied through high speed broadband, following an ASP (Application Service Provider) model. Services are produced faster and cheaper because customers can share expertise, equipment and infrastructure. The solution reduces costs and implies economies of scale.
