Lovisenberg Diakonale Sykehus was the first hospital to install patient terminals.The hospital is one of Hospital IT's main stockholders. Today, the hospital has 74 terminals and also several big screen TVs in the living rooms across the hospital.

Helse Bergen HF has installed 53 patient terminals in their new cancer centre this summer (2008). They have also installed big screen TVs which are placed in the waiting,- and living rooms.
